HOW TO CHOOSE A FLEXIBLE HOSE

ABRASION

The abrasive action exerted on the inner hose wall based upon the size and concentration of the treated particulate.

TEMPERATURE

The range of Tecnica products can face temperatures from -40°C to + 270°C. Particular attention must be paid to checking the work cycle to which the hose is subjected.

PRESENCE OF INDUSTRIAL FUMES, VAPORS AND MISTS

Concentration, aggressiveness degree, chemical formulation, work cycle and the sector of application greatly affect the final choice of the product.

WORKING PRESSURE

Our flexible hoses are designed for operating pressures between +0,3bar and +3,0bar for supply air flows. This data is essential to prevent irreversible damage to the hose wall.

WORKING VACUUM

Our flexible hoses are designed for operating vacuums between -0,1bar and -0,7bar for air suction. This data is essential to prevent crushes to the hose section.
